According to the above I shorted EUR/USD @ 1.23101 at 20:30:49 - after seeing how the market react to the US data.
I was pretty much in the money but I decided to let it run abit more, so I went to adjust my stop loss to breakeven just around 30 secs @ 20:31:23 after I entered my trade.
Just seconds after I adjusted my stop loss I was cut out, so I thought it spiked up and cut me out at breakeven.
I went through my transaction history (part of it shown above), and to my surprise I was cut out at 20:30:03?! Before I even enter the trade?!
Furthermore, my default auto stop loss set @ 1.23252 should not be triggered until 20:33:05 (trust me on this, I see it from the 5 seconds chart).
I logged a case with CMC Markets already and I only hope they will just give me the money that I lost due to the cut loss issue. As for the profits, I doubt so they will give it to me - it was around 10 -15pips. which is around $50++ profits.
